Yinge Zhang

Hello! I’m Jack Zhang. I am currently visiting at the Univerisity of Pittsburgh, and I will join the University of Wyoming on Fall 2025. My last position was the Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Business and Management at Shanghai International Studies University. I earned my PhD in Finance from Temple University, an MS in Finance from Purdue University, and a BS in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Hong Kong Baptist University.

My research passions include corporate innovation, corporate governance, CEO compensation, and nonprofit organizations. Teaching is also a joy for me, and I’ve had the pleasure of instructing courses like Security Analysis, Financial Management, Accounting, Big Data Analysis, Macroeconomics, and Microeconomics. Beyond the classroom, I contribute to academic services as a journal referee and mentor for both PhD and undergraduate students. 

I'm also an ad hoc referee for Economic Modelling and Economic Analysis and Policy
